Octiva Ultra Matt offers the most Matt polyester film in the market with an ultra scratch resistant surface due to its special co-extruded substrate. Ultra Matt is ideal for Roll UP / Pop Up, exhibition stand applications giving a good scratch resistance and maintaining extremely vibrant colours of the printed image whilst reducing milkyness (normally associated with Matt films) and glare/ reflections that can be caused by lights. Another advantage is with thermal inkjet where the inks are water based. At 90 degrees you do not casue out gassing from the inks and therefore blistering, As well as being used for encapsulation, these films can also be used with mounting film (cold or thermal) if the laminator permits mounting and laminating in one pass.
