Terms & Conditions

1. The competition is open to adults aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their families of the promoter, its agents, distributors or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. The competition opens on 01.04.10 and closing date for receipt of entries is 31.12.10.
3. Competition entry is made via the website www.gbceurope.com/goldenticket.
4. Entry is restricted to one per household. No purchase is necessary.
5. Entry is made by filling in the online form, putting six features of the QuickStart laminator in order of importance for the busy office professional, completing the tie-break sentence and all the required fields.
6. Closing date for entries is 31 December 2010 and prizes will be awarded by 31 January 2011. All prizes must be taken by 21 December 2011.
7. The 1st prize of a 10-day trip for 2 to the USA, including air travel, transfers, hotel accommodation and $750 spending money will be awarded to the entrant who correctly or most closely matches the order of importance with that agreed by the independent judges and completes the tie-break sentence in the most apt and original way.
8. 10 further prizes of a choice of 4 experiences (drive a Ferrari car, take a parachute jump, a glider or balloon flight) will be awarded to the next best entries, using the above criteria. Prizes are arranged locally in each winner’s country. In the event of unavailability, prizes to an equal or greater value will be substituted.
9. No cash alternative is available to the above prizes. However, in the event of a prizewinner being unable to accept their prize, the winner may opt to donate the cost of the prize, as determined by the promoter, to the charity, Unicef.
10. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Winners’ names & countries will be published on the competition website within 6 weeks of the closing date.
12. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
13. Insofar as permitted by law, the promoter takes no responsibility for loss of items, accidents, injuries or other consequences that are in any way associated with the promotion.
